So as in the song, Enjoy yourself ( Jools Holland), life is for living, so lets all have all the fun we can.

I was treated to the show at the Royal Albert on Friday, Varekai Cirque Du Soleil. Fantastic, I only wish I could move my body, the way the did, such fitness should never go unoticed, fantastic and recommended.

I went with Lady Ellen to the lakes and walked for 5 and a half miles on Saturday, a fresh morning, but its good for the complection. And we both know, that you like us fit and ready for all sorts off naughty things.
